Carolyn’s fitness journey began as a lifelong athlete, excelling in soccer for over 20 years and competing in basketball, football, and lacrosse. Over time, she realized she wanted more than just being fit for sports—she wanted to build muscle, grow stronger physically and mentally, and move beyond a cardio-heavy routine. Strength training became her way to unlock her full potential, fueling her passion for empowering others to do the same.
With over five years of coaching experience, Carolyn has guided clients from all walks of life—business owners, executives, athletes, and beginners alike. Whether helping someone lose weight, build strength, improve mobility, or enhance overall health, she creates personalized training programs tailored to each client’s goals.
